Managing Director - Anne Gifford

Anne has been involved in the company from the very start in 1992. She took over as Managing Director after the tragic death of her husband, Gary, the founder of the company, in July 2005.
 

 

Kristy is the Company Secretary and the daughter of Anne and the late Gary. She came straight from school to join the family business, and keeps all the staff happy by paying their wages!

 

 

Craig has been with Southern Drains since 2008, with a vast wealth of experience in many aspects of drainage that he’s accumulated over many years in the industry.

 

 

His job is to book in the contract cleans and to deal with emergency call outs as and when they come in - he then allocates an engineer to each job. Reiss is also our Health & Safety officer.

 

 

Neil worked as an engineer for many years and is now our logistics manager, looking after the fleet and machinery and offering support to the engineers. He is also our gully sucker operative.

 

 

 

Lee has been in the drainage industry since leaving school. He is now in his third year at Southern Drains. He assists the General Manager with staff training and assessments and is always there to advise and assist other engineers if necessary.
